The Huawei Maitree Scholarship Application process requires you to furnish certain details and documentary evidence about yourself, which allow our judges to decide on the winners. Huawei only collects personally identifiable information when you register with us to apply for the scholarship. You do not need to provide us with personal data simply to browse our site.

2. What information do we collect? And how is it used?

We will collect information as per the 'Scholarship Application Form'.

Your Registration details are stored in our database so that the information saved by you is retained and you can login and access the same during the application process.

Your contact information helps us reach you after receiving your application for further communication regarding the scholarship. Our registration process may involve providing us with your name, address, telephone and fax number and e-mail address and we may also request some optional information on your family, lifestyle, employment status and social circumstances.

Personal data is also required in order to keep you informed of developments including new (or existing) activities, guidance services and facilities, promotions, conferences, seminars and training offerings.

We may request optional information from you on our registration forms.
